The history of Centrepiece has its beginnings as part of Chelsom Ltd, established in 1947 and revered around the world for lighting and furniture. The company grew and established its highly respected reputation over the years, winning countless awards and accolades along the way. In recent times, in order for the two divisions to further realise their ambitions within increasingly polarised markets, the furniture division was acquired by Chelsom management staff in 2019 and Centrepiece was established, to focus solely as a furniture specialist. Chelsom’s lighting division also continues to go from strength to strength.

At Centrepiece, our goal is to make the very best living room furniture in the market. The three crescents in our logo represent our three founding principles of reaching the pinnacles of style, quality and service: Iconic designs that bring drama, flair and sophistication to living spaces.
